Sorry to disappoint, but I have no idea what this blog is about…

I have a testimony to share (maybe I’m still in the middle of it) and God told me to “write” it. So like anyone who felt God nudge them to do something would do…. I didn’t do it. Ha, bet you didn’t see that coming. But that’s the absolute truth.

A few years ago God told me to “write”, but because I didn’t have clear directions ( active control freak over here) I didn’t do it. But when God really calls you to do something it’s eventually going to happen right? He might start with a gentle nudge but eventually you end up with a spiritual slap upside the head. So welcome to my slap upside the head.

I still don’t know exactly what to “write”. So expect stories. Expect laughter. Expect occasional (a lot of) sarcasm. Expect faith that asks questions instead of pretending to have every answer. Truths of my testimony so far. There will be camping trips, baseball fields, photography, home health PT shenanigans, ADHD parenting and prayer. And through it all, proof of God’s presence in and through my life.

Mostly expect a woman trying to follow God without pretending she knows where He’s leading. If nothing else we’ll figure this out together. Bring coffee. And maybe snacks. I tend to wander a bit.
